Terms of Service

1. Website purpose and business audience

EasyShow provides information about Display equipment, manufacturing, OEM services and studio solutions. The website is primarily intended for studios, clinics, distributors, hospitality operators, trainers and other professional or business buyers.

The website is not an online checkout service. Adding products to an RFQ list, requesting a quote, uploading a floor plan or sending a message does not place an order and does not oblige either party to enter into a transaction.

2. Inquiries, RFQs and configurations

You are responsible for providing accurate and sufficiently complete information for us to assess an inquiry. Website configurations, layouts, equipment quantities and estimated lead times are preliminary planning materials only. They must be confirmed in writing for the actual room, specifications, compliance needs and delivery location.

We may accept, decline, request clarification about or stop responding to an inquiry where information is incomplete, unlawful, abusive, misleading or outside our service scope.

3. Quotations and contract formation

Product pages, website prices, package estimates and communications before a formal quotation are invitations to inquire and do not constitute a binding offer. A transaction becomes binding only when the parties complete the acceptance process stated in the applicable written quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation or signed agreement.

The applicable commercial document will control product specifications, quantities, price, currency, tax, payment, production, delivery, inspection, warranty, returns, cancellation, risk transfer and dispute terms. If these Terms conflict with a signed transaction document, the transaction document controls for that transaction.

4. Product information, availability and pricing

We aim to keep website content accurate, but product photographs, colours, materials, dimensions, specifications, availability, lead times and prices may be illustrative, estimated or subject to change. Minor differences may result from screen settings, natural materials, manufacturing updates or product improvement.

Unless a formal quotation expressly states otherwise, website prices do not include freight, duties, import charges, local taxes, installation or other transaction-specific costs. We may correct typographical, technical or pricing errors before accepting an order.

5. Files and other materials you submit

You retain ownership of floor plans, drawings, images, product lists and other materials you submit. You give us a limited permission to host, copy, review and share those materials with relevant service providers or personnel only as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, prepare a proposal, provide support or perform an agreed transaction.

You confirm that you are authorised to submit the materials and that our permitted use will not violate another person’s confidentiality, privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not upload malicious code, unlawful content or information that is not necessary for the inquiry.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity;
• interfere with security, availability, access controls or other users;
• introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the website at a harmful rate or misuse forms and upload features;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority; or
• copy or exploit website content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.

7. Intellectual property

The website, brand assets, product content, layouts, text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to EasyShow and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for internal evaluation of a potential business purchase. No other licence is granted unless agreed in writing.

Ownership and permitted use of customer branding, drawings, prototypes or other OEM materials will be governed by the applicable written OEM or transaction agreement.

8. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including maps, messaging, security, email and content services. Their separate terms and privacy notices apply when you use them. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.

9. Shipping, returns and warranties

Shipping methods, Incoterms, risk transfer, inspection, return eligibility, warranty coverage and remedies vary by product, destination and transaction. They are not created by these website Terms and will be stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation, warranty document or signed agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Website availability and disclaimers

We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the website without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its preliminary content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every description, estimate or configuration will be error-free or suitable for a particular room, programme, regulatory requirement or business result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyShow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising only from use of, or inability to use, the website or reliance on preliminary website content. Transaction-related liability will be governed by the applicable written quotation, confirmation or agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through the website.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, services or legal requirements. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to later website use; an existing signed transaction remains governed by its own documents.

14. General

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Transaction-specific governing law, venue and dispute procedures will be stated in the applicable written transaction document. Before starting a formal dispute about website use, please contact us so the parties can try to resolve the issue in good faith.
