Effective date: July 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how EasyShow (“EasyShow”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit easyshowtech.com, request a quotation, upload a floor plan, build an RFQ list, contact us, or otherwise use our website and related inquiry services.
1. Scope of this policy
This website is primarily designed for business inquiries from Display studios, clinics, distributors, hospitality operators, trainers and other professional buyers. This policy applies to information handled through the website. A separate contract, quotation or service-specific notice may apply to an order or another business relationship.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- Contact and business information, such as your name, business email address, telephone number, company name, country or region, and the message you submit.
- Inquiry and configuration information, including products, quantities, selected options, room requirements, source page, RFQ items and other details needed to prepare a quotation or studio proposal.
- Files you choose to upload, such as floor plans, equipment lists, drawings, PDFs or reference images.
- Technical and security information, such as IP address, approximate country and city derived from the request, browser and device information, request data, timestamps and anti-abuse or Turnstile verification data.
- Preference and local storage data, including your language preference and the RFQ items stored in your browser.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical records or other sensitive information through a general inquiry or upload field.
3. How we use information
We use information where reasonably necessary to:
- respond to inquiries and prepare quotations or configurations;
- communicate about products, production, delivery, support or an existing business relationship;
- send transactional emails requested through the website;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website;
- prevent spam, abuse, fraud and security incidents;
- maintain business records and comply with applicable legal obligations; and
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not add inquiry contacts to a marketing mailing list unless they separately choose to receive marketing communications.
4. How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:
- service providers that support website hosting, databases, file storage, email delivery, content management, security and customer communications;
- professional advisers, auditors, insurers or authorities where required for legal, compliance or claims purposes;
- a successor or relevant counterparty in connection with a reorganisation, financing, sale or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards; and
- other parties when you direct us or give permission.
If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or open an embedded third-party service, that provider will handle information under its own terms and privacy notice.
5. Service providers and international processing
The website uses service providers for infrastructure, content, security and communications. These providers may process information in locations different from your own. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual, organisational or technical safeguards for such processing. Provider locations and safeguards may change as services and account settings are updated.
6. Cookies and browser storage
We use functional browser storage to remember language preferences and retain an RFQ list on your device. Security tools and embedded services may also use cookies or similar technologies to provide their functions. You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser, although doing so may affect language, RFQ, security or embedded features.
7. Data retention
We retain inquiry records, correspondence, uploaded files and related technical records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. The period depends on factors such as the status of an inquiry, quotation or transaction, support needs, security requirements, record-keeping duties, dispute resolution and applicable law. When information is no longer reasonably required, we take steps to delete, anonymise or securely archive it, subject to lawful record-retention needs.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To make a request, email chris@easyshowtech.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The website is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the website.
11. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website, our practices or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
