The seven questions every OEM client asks.
How is my design handled?
Confidentiality requirements are agreed before sensitive design files are exchanged. Final IP, access, ownership and non-supply terms are stated in the applicable written OEM agreement.
What's the minimum order?
Minimum quantities depend on the selected display products, printing and customisation scope. The applicable quantity is confirmed in your written quotation.
How are artwork and custom tooling handled?
Artwork usage and file handover are agreed for your project. If a product requires custom tooling, we confirm its cost, ownership and permitted use in writing before work begins.
How long does the whole process take?
The schedule depends on product selection, artwork approval, any agreed samples, order quantity and destination. We confirm production and shipping timing in your quotation.
What exactly can I customise?
Start with tents, backdrops, flags, display walls, stands or event chairs. We review branded graphics, fabric panels, product configuration, compatible accessories and packaging for the selected items. Each option is subject to product and material compatibility.
Which certifications apply?
Certification and compliance scope varies by product, market and customisation. We identify the documents applicable to the quoted configuration before order confirmation.
Can I get a sample before committing?
Tell us whether you need an artwork proof, material reference or product sample. We confirm availability, sample costs and timing for your selected products before proceeding.
Tell us what you need to display.
Share as much as you're comfortable with. Confidentiality requirements are agreed before sensitive design files are exchanged.
