We're in Suzhou, Jiangsu — about 90 minutes from Shanghai. The building is ours: design, machining, joinery, finishing, assembly and QC all happen under one roof. Come walk the floor.

Four gates. Every unit inspected.
A four-stage QC process is applied to every unit. Each gate has a dedicated inspector and a written report you can request.
IQC
Incoming material inspection — wood, springs, hardware.
IPQC
In-process checks at machining and joinery.
FQC
Final assembly inspection and function test.
OQC
Outgoing audit before the carton is sealed.
